With the Sports First Responder course, you can complete this course 100% online but if you want a practical element, you can go to one of our regional centres and complete the practical element. You can either attend the regional centre or contact us and we can send an instructor out to you so that you can have the course taught at your location. On the practical part of the course, you will learn these practical skills that you have learned online, so for example, online, you have learned about CPR, on a practical course, you will actually practice CPR. On the practical part, you will run through a whole section of different practical activities and also you will run through scenarios to make sure that you know how to do the course as well as the theory of it.
